Hey...read this for work. Have to admit did not retain a lot as I read it on the plane ride back from Nashville.
But the 5 dysfunctions (per Lencioni) are:
- absence of trust
- fear of conflict
- lack of commitment
- avoidance of accountability, and
- inattention to results
